About
Andrew A. Vanore, III
After 38 years representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, I decided to retire from Brown, Crump, Vanore & Tierney, PLLC, start VanoreADR, and devote my time to helping parties stay out of court, through alternate dispute resolution. I spent the majority of my career working with insurance carriers and their insureds throughout North Carolina. The experience I gained will provide credibility with the defense. I believe I will have equal credibility in the plaintiff’s room, because of the experience I gained in not only trying cases to verdict in all three federal districts and dozens of counties throughout North Carolina, but also in representing parties in hundreds of mediations. The knowledge and understanding of how insurance companies value cases give me insights that benefit both sides, while my work representing injured individuals over the years instills in me a mentality that recognizes the importance of the human side of litigation.
